We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) using reliable carriers to ensure your outdoor essentials arrive ready for your next adventure.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking and insurance
- Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Our Return Policy
We stand behind our gear like we stand behind our campfire cooking. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations on the trail or at basecamp, we’ll make it right.
Key Return Details
- Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery
- Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging
- Original tags must still be attached
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Non-Returnable Items
Some items require special consideration due to hygiene or customization:
- Care & Repair Kits (once opened, these become personal hygiene items)
- Footprints (custom-cut for specific tent models)
- Hydration Packs (must be completely unused for hygiene reasons)
- Any item showing signs of use or missing original packaging

Exchange Process
Need a different size or color? Follow the same steps as returns, but specify you’d like an exchange.
