Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get your gear to you fast. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please email [email protected] immediately with your order number. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t entered the packing stage.

We offer two shipping methods:
Express Delivery ($12.95 flat rate): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 days after processing. Recommended for urgent needs.
Free Standard Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50, delivered in 15-25 days after processing. Great for planned adventures.

How long does order processing take?
Our outdoor enthusiast team processes and verifies every order in 1-2 business days at our Chicago headquarters. We personally check each item (like Marmot tents and BioLite lanterns) before shipping to ensure quality.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide to fellow adventurers, with just a few exceptions in remote areas of Asia and other hard-to-reach locations. Our checkout process will automatically confirm if we can deliver to your address. Note that some larger items like camp furniture may have additional shipping restrictions.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive tracking details via email as soon as your adventure kit hits the road. Both our express and standard shipping options include full tracking capabilities.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer no-risk returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. To initiate a return, email our Chicago support team at [email protected]. We stand behind every product we sell because we actually use this gear on our own adventures!
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
